We have tried to think of some of the most commonly asked questions here to assist you more quickly. Obviously, please do not hesitate to contact us if your question is not answered here.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: "Yes, in most cases we will ask you to sign a contract as it protects both of us. However, there are options for you to use PAYG tariffs which do not require a contract. Please ask us for further details"

Q: Why should I deal with your company when I could deal direct with the networks?

A: "The mobile phone networks in the UK especially are interested in more than just your business.They are seeking volume of connections and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) By the very nature of our business we deal with 100's of businesses similar to yours and so it stands to reason that we will nearly always be adding more connections to the networks than you alone. Thus our buying rates are nearly always better than those that you woul dget directly. Having said that, we are always looking for better rates so if you can find a better one than ours please let us know."

Q: What networks do you deal with?

A: "In our search for the best tariffs for our clients we deal with Most UK networks and most larger networks overseas. However, if you havea requiremnet for a particular network for whatever reason, simply let us know and we'll see if we can assist you."

Q: What if I do not see the type of tariff or service that i am looking for on your site?

A: "We have tried to provide a 'starting point' for you with our tariffs. If the type of tariff that you are looking for is not covered by one of our base models, then please ask us and we will be more than happy to see if we can create one for you that matches your requirements better.

Q: Is there a limit to how few or how many SIMS I can order?

A: "Not really, obviously the more sims that you order, the greater risk for us and so the credit checks may be more detailed? Likewise, the fewer sims that you order will attract a less attractive tariff."

Q: How long is the minimum contract for?

A: "The minimum contract is 12 months as standard, however, som of our clients have short term requirements such as 6 month contracts etc. We always try to assist wherever we can so please contact us if you have a specific length of contract that you require.
